Growing up in a caribbean household money was never discussed… We were taught 3 things.. Home, school and Church {L’ekol, L’akay, L’eglise} As money was not taught I had to learn by trial and error how to manage, budget and spend. There were lots of errors and I mean errors. Learning about the ways of money is as important as learning any trade. As God’s children we are not meant to suffer financially.. we are supposed to flourish. Remember It’s Gods to give, its yours to manage.
